The MQT160B Optical Aiming Unit is a lightweight, high-precision electro-optical system combining infrared thermal imaging, visible light camera, and laser rangefinder technology. Designed for installation on various firearms, it enables 24/7 day and night reconnaissance, surveillance, and target acquisition. The system features dual-channel imaging with real-time infrared and visible light output, 30x optical zoom, automatic target tracking, and accurate laser ranging up to 3000 meters. Advanced capabilities include continuous zoom during tracking, image overlay, target identification for people and vehicles, and pseudo-color thermal imaging. With an uncooled 640×512 thermal detector, 1920×1080 visible camera, and integrated image tracker, this compact unit weighs under 2.5kg and operates reliably in extreme temperatures from -40 to 60 degrees Celsius. IP67-rated for harsh environments, it connects via RS422 control and HD-SDI video interfaces with onboard storage support.
The MQT160B electro-optical aiming unit features an integrated design combining a three-spectrum electro-optical module with an image tracker. It is lightweight, highly precise, and highly integrated. Suitable for installation on a variety of firearms, it enables day and night reconnaissance, surveillance, and target locking.
The unit supports all-weather target detection and tracking using infrared and visible light, with real-time output of both infrared and visible light imagery. In addition, its integrated laser rangefinder measures and outputs the distance to the target in real time.
