DESCRIPTION

The TEMP317 infrared camera core is specifically engineered for applications in epidemic control and medical temperature screening. At its heart is a self-developed wafer-level packaged infrared detector with a resolution of 384 × 288 and a 17 μm pixel pitch, supported by a temperature measurement SDK that delivers accuracy up to ±0.5°C.
This thermal imaging solution utilizes intelligent image analysis software to detect and outline image regions exceeding a defined temperature threshold. When such a threshold is surpassed in a person’s thermal image, it suggests a possible elevated body temperature. The real-time temperature data and heat distribution patterns enable radiation-free, non-invasive early disease detection, as well as large-scale, long-distance fever screening.
Designed with two selectable temperature measurement distances, the TEMP317 adapts to diverse usage scenarios. It ensures excellent measurement consistency and the same ±0.5°C accuracy without requiring a built-in blackbody. This blackbody-free design results in a lightweight, compact structure and lowers integration costs. A unified Type-C interface handles power, data transmission, and device control, allowing fast integration into custom temperature measurement systems for medical diagnostics and epidemic prevention.
The TEMP317 can be readily embedded into various medical thermal imaging devices, making it suitable for current and future applications such as disease screening, TCM physiotherapy, health check-ups, and rehabilitation.
