DESCRIPTION

The MMWIR series of cooled infrared detectors is specifically designed for the mid-wave infrared band, covering a spectral range of 3.7 µm ± 0.2 µm to 4.8 µm ± 0.2 µm, enabling efficient thermal radiation detection and high-quality imaging. These detectors utilize Mercury Cadmium Telluride (HgCdTe) as the photosensitive material, delivering outstanding thermal imaging performance with excellent sensitivity and precision. To accommodate various application needs, the detectors come in multiple resolution and pixel size options. Available resolutions include 128×128, 320×256, 640×512, and 1280×1024, offering imaging detail from compact formats to high-definition levels. Pixel sizes range from 30 µm, 25 µm, 15 µm, 12 µm, 10 µm, to 7 µm, allowing users to strike the ideal balance between spatial resolution and thermal sensitivity for specific tasks.
China Moneypro has achieved full-process manufacturing capabilities for cooled infrared detectors, covering element purification, substrate growth, epitaxy, focal plane arrays (FPAs), readout integrated circuits (ROICs), cryogenic coolers, packaging, and testing.
