DESCRIPTION

The FW212 is a wafer-level package (WLP)-based microbolometer detector developed by China Moneypro. Featuring vanadium oxide (VOx) sensing material, this uncooled infrared sensor is designed to detect long-wave infrared radiation in the 8–14 μm spectral range. It offers a resolution of 256 × 192 pixels, with a compact pixel pitch of 12 μm, making it an ideal choice for entry-level thermal imaging systems.
China Moneypro has built a vertically integrated technology platform for VOx uncooled infrared detectors, covering everything from ROIC (readout integrated circuit) design and simulation, to MEMS structure development, wafer-level processing, packaging, testing, and end-use integration.
Thanks to wafer-level packaging, the FW212 benefits from a streamlined manufacturing process, a smaller form factor, lower production costs, and better scalability for high-volume, cost-sensitive production lines.
