The MS070DA miniature optoelectronic pod consists of an uncooled infrared thermal imager, a visible light camera, a two-axis servo-stabilized platform, and an image processing component (autonomous recognition and tracking). It features ultra-small size, ultra-light weight, high precision, and low latency, and can be applied to small and micro UAVs to perform day and night reconnaissance and surveillance missions over target areas.
I. Product Introduction
The optoelectronic pod integrates an uncooled infrared thermal imager and a visible light camera, enabling all-weather detection, identification, and tracking of ground targets. It simultaneously outputs real-time infrared and visible light video for mission personnel to monitor.
This miniature pod has been adapted to several mainstream flight control platforms in China, allowing seamless integration with flight control systems. It can also be connected to our ViewControlStudio display and control software platform, helping the overall unit rapidly complete UAV system development.
The optoelectronic pod is primarily used in scenarios such as reconnaissance, targeting guidance, border patrol, search and rescue operations, and forest fire prevention.

II. Product Functions
a) Possesses self-testing and fault reporting capabilities;
b) Supports detection in both long-wave infrared and visible light bands, and can output infrared and visible light images;
c) Capable of two-axis (azimuth and pitch) free movement;
d) Able to receive commands from the control station and execute pod operations accordingly;
e) Equipped with carrier disturbance isolation functionality to stabilize the line of sight;
f) Features target locking/unlocking; when a target is locked, the pod outputs an image with a tracking frame;
g) Includes automatic target tracking, capable of tracking targets autonomously while resisting natural interference;
h) Features memory tracking, enabling rapid target recapture after brief loss;
i) Supports gate size adjustment;
j) Allows switching of tracking points;
k) Supports bidirectional communication with the control station via RS422/100Mbps network, and can output infrared images, visible light images, system working status, camera working status, and optical axis position information;
l) Equipped with photo and video recording functions;
m) Capable of detecting typical targets (e.g., people, vehicles).
