The MTX120VA-HNV240T000L000 Tri-axis Single-Light Pod is a lightweight, highly integrated optoelectronic system designed for medium and small UAVs. Featuring a 40x continuously zoom visible light camera with 1920×1080 resolution, it delivers exceptional clarity for day and night reconnaissance and surveillance missions. The pod offers automatic target recognition and tracking capabilities, with advanced features including autofocus, manual focus, fog penetration, and low-light functionality. Its tri-axis servo platform provides 360-degree azimuth rotation, -110 to +45 degree pitch range, and precise stabilization accuracy of 0.1mrad. The system seamlessly integrates with mainstream Chinese flight control platforms and ViewControlStudio software for rapid UAV system development. With multiple operating modes including heading lock, manual search, follow-up, and attitude stabilization, it excels in reconnaissance, border patrol, search and rescue, and forest fire prevention. Operating on 24VDC with minimal power consumption of 30W, the pod weighs under 1kg and measures 120x130x199mm. It features bidirectional communication via serial port or 100Mbps Ethernet, real-time video output, photo and video recording, and quick-release functionality for easy deployment on various platforms.

It can also be connected to our organization’s ViewControlStudio display and control software platform, helping the overall system integrator accelerate the development of complete UAV systems.

Using its visible light camera, the pod detects, identifies, and tracks ground targets around the clock. It outputs real‑time infrared and visible light video for mission personnel to view.

Electro‑optical pods of this type are primarily used in scenarios such as reconnaissance, border patrol, search and rescue operations, and forest fire prevention.
