MTX120DA-HNV230T635L000 Tri-axis Dual-light pod

The MTX120DA-HNV230T635L000 is a lightweight tri-axis dual-light optoelectronic pod designed for medium and small-sized UAVs. It combines an uncooled infrared thermal imager, 30x continuous zoom visible light camera, three-axis servo stabilization platform, and advanced image processing with autonomous recognition and tracking capabilities. The pod delivers 24/7 day-night reconnaissance and surveillance, outputting real-time infrared and visible light video. It features automatic target detection, identification, and tracking with memory tracking functionality to recapture briefly lost targets. The system integrates seamlessly with mainstream Chinese flight control platforms and ViewControlStudio software. With 640×512 infrared resolution, 1920×1080 visible resolution, 60x total zoom, and stabilization accuracy of 0.1mrad, it excels in reconnaissance, border patrol, search and rescue, and forest fire prevention. Operating at 24VDC with under 30W power consumption and weighing under 1kg, it offers exceptional performance in a compact, rugged package suitable for various UAV platforms.

The MTX120DA-HNV230T635L000 optoelectronic pod integrates an uncooled infrared thermal imager, a 30x continuous zoom visible light camera, a three-axis servo stabilization platform, and an image processing module capable of autonomous target recognition and tracking. Featuring a lightweight design, high stability and precision, high level of integration, automatic target recognition, and automatic tracking capabilities, the pod is ideally suited for deployment on medium and small-sized UAVs to perform round-the-clock reconnaissance and surveillance missions over target areas.

The pod has been adapted to several mainstream flight control platforms used in China, allowing for seamless integration with UAV flight control systems. It can also interface with our organization’s ViewControlStudio display and control software platform, helping the overall system integrator rapidly complete UAV system development.

Using the uncooled infrared thermal imager and the visible light camera, the optoelectronic pod enables all-weather detection, identification, and tracking of ground targets. It streams real-time infrared and visible light video for mission personnel to view.

Typical applications of the optical pod include reconnaissance, border patrol, personnel search and rescue, and forest fire prevention.
