MS260TD Uncooled Two-Axis Tri-Light Pod
The MS260TD Uncooled Two-Axis Tri-Light Pod is an advanced electro-optical system designed for small and medium-sized UAVs. It combines an uncooled infrared thermal imager, 30x continuously zoom visible light camera, laser rangefinder, and two-axis servo-stabilized platform with autonomous identification and tracking capabilities. Operating day and night, the pod detects, identifies, and tracks ground targets while simultaneously outputting infrared and visible light video in real time. Featuring high precision and extended operating range, it seamlessly integrates with mainstream Chinese flight control platforms and ViewControlStudio software. The system delivers automatic target tracking, memory tracking, laser ranging up to 6km, and stabilized line-of-sight performance. Weighing under 11kg with 8-hour continuous operation, it excels in reconnaissance, border patrol, search and rescue, and forest fire prevention missions.
The MS260TD electro-optical pod integrates an uncooled infrared thermal imager, a 30x continuously zoomable visible light camera, a laser rangefinder, a two-axis servo-stabilized platform, and an image processing component featuring autonomous identification and tracking. With high precision and long operational range, it is well-suited for small to medium-sized UAVs to carry out round-the-clock reconnaissance and surveillance missions over target areas.
The pod utilizes its uncooled infrared thermal imager and visible light camera to detect, identify, and track ground targets day and night, while simultaneously outputting real-time infrared and visible light video for mission personnel to view.
It has been adapted to several mainstream flight control platforms in China, enabling seamless integration with UAV flight control systems. Additionally, it can be connected to our organization’s ViewControlStudio display and control software platform, assisting the overall unit in rapidly completing UAV system development.
The MS260TD electro-optical pod is primarily used in applications such as reconnaissance, border patrol, personnel search and rescue, and forest fire prevention.
