The MQ20KTIR Pro High-Resolution IR/EO Dual-Sensor 3-Axis Gyrostabilized Camera is a professional gimbal payload combining a high-resolution 4K electro-optical (EO) camera with a powerful 20× optical zoom and a high-definition infrared (IR) thermal sensor for all-weather, day/night operations. Its 3-axis gyrostabilization ensures ultra-stable imaging even in dynamic conditions, while dual-sensor integration delivers clear visible and thermal footage simultaneously. Designed for aerial surveillance, inspection, security, and search-and-rescue missions, it offers versatile output options (HDMI/IP), flexible control interfaces, and advanced tracking features for reliable performance in demanding environments.

1. Professional 3-axis High-precise FOC Program
Stabilized Q20KTIR Pro: a highly refined 3-axis gimbal payload driven by a dedicated processor that achieves motor control accuracy as fine as 0.01°. Unlike conventional gimbals that depend on electrical slip rings, the Q20KTIR Pro adopts a unique mechanically limited design with internal concealed wiring, ensuring more reliable data transmission and enhanced long-term durability. To eliminate vibration, it integrates four damping balls plus a lightweight damping plate, delivering consistently smooth footage. Full 360° rotation is still achieved via gimbal movement, allowing for stable and fluid image capture even during high-speed flight.

2. High Resolution SONY 20x Zoom 4K Camera
Powered by a SONY 1/2.5 Exmor R CMOS module, this device delivers 8.51 effective megapixels and true 4K video output. With 20x advanced optical zoom, it enables clear observation up to 3,000 meters, making it suitable for a wide range of application scenarios.
3. Advanced HD IR Thermal Imager
Integrated with a high-precision 35mm uncooled long-wave infrared sensor (8–14 μm, 1280×1024 HD resolution, 12 μm pixel pitch), the Q20KTIR Pro simultaneously captures and transmits both thermal and visible images in PIP format. Its infrared module delivers sharp imaging of distant targets, while digital zoom enables extended-range surveillance and detailed inspection.

Optional thermometry model: Equipped with a temperature sensing module, it precisely captures the thermal readings of both objects and individuals. The thermal sensor supports three-point temperature measurement across a range of 0–120°, with results shown clearly on the display. Color mapping for the thermal data can be adjusted based on specific application needs.
*Temperature scale: Shows progressive temperature changes using a color gradient.
*Real-time temperature readout: Displays current average, maximum, and minimum temperatures.
*Temperature warning: Receive alerts whenever object temperatures go beyond preset thresholds—so you never miss a critical change.

4. Visible Light and Thermal Imager Dual Sensors Object Tracking
The system integrates built-in normalization, cross-correlation, and tracking algorithms, complemented by a target re-acquisition mechanism to ensure stable object tracking. It supports customizable on-screen display (OSD) characters, adaptive gating, crosshair cursors, and trajectory visualization. The tracking capability reaches a speed of 32 pixels per frame, accommodating object sizes from 16×16 to 160×160 pixels. With a minimum signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 4 dB, the root-mean-square (RMS) error of pulse noise at the target position remains below 0.5 pixels, significantly enhancing both tracking precision and overall performance.

Multi Output Methods Optional
The Q20KTIR Pro offers dual output options: HDMI and Ethernet/IP. While both HDMI and IP outputs deliver 1080p resolution, the device records in 4K when using Ethernet output. Additionally, the IP output version enables 360-degree continuous pan functionality.

Multi Control Methods
Standard control options include PWM and TTL serial communication, with SBUS available as an add-on. The IP output variant additionally supports TCP control over Ethernet. Using Viewpro’s Viewlink software, you can achieve IP streaming, TTL management, and TCP commands all at once.
