The MQ20KTIR Pro High-Resolution IR/EO Dual-Sensor 3-Axis Gyrostabilized Camera is a professional gimbal payload combining a high-resolution 4K electro-optical (EO) camera with a powerful 20× optical zoom and a high-definition infrared (IR) thermal sensor for all-weather, day/night operations. Its 3-axis gyrostabilization ensures ultra-stable imaging even in dynamic conditions, while dual-sensor integration delivers clear visible and thermal footage simultaneously. Designed for aerial surveillance, inspection, security, and search-and-rescue missions, it offers versatile output options (HDMI/IP), flexible control interfaces, and advanced tracking features for reliable performance in demanding environments.
1. Professional 3-axis High-precise FOC Program
Stabilized the Q20KTIR Pro is a highly optimized 3-axis gimbal payload with pinpoint-precise motor rotation with a control accuracy of 0.01 powered by a dedicated processor. Rather than rely on electrical slip rings C as is common with many gimbals C the Q20KTIR Pro uses a unique mechanically limited design and concealed wires to ensure more stable data transmission and greater durability. Vibration is eliminated using four damping balls and a lightweight damping board, creating seamlessly smooth video. 360 rotation remains possible through gimbal rotation. Stable, smooth footage image can be captured even when flying at high speed flight.
2. High Resolution SONY 20x Zoom 4K Camera
Powered by SONY 1/2.5 Exmor R CMOS module, 8.51 mega effective pixel and 4K video quality, combined with 20x advanced optical zoom technology, the observation range is up to 3000 meters, which can meet the application requirements of various domains.
3. Advanced HD IR Thermal Imager
Integrated with high-precision 35mm 1280*1024 HD uncooled long wave (8 m ~14 m ) (pixel pitch is 12 m) thermal image sensor, Q20KTIR Pro can record and transmit thermal image and visible images at the same time in PIP format. The IR can show clear image for target far away, and the digital zoom can support longer range surveillance and inspection.
Optional thermometry version: With temperature measuring sensor, it could accurately attain the temperature of objects and individuals. The thermal sensor allows three points temperature ranging between 0 ~120 to be measured and displayed on screen. Adjust the different colors applied to the thermal data based on the needs of specific scenarios.
*Temp bar: Indicates gradually variation temperature with corresponding colors.
*Temp measurement: Display average, highest, and lowest temperatures in real time.
*Temp alarm: Don t miss a thing when object temperatures exceed pre-set alert values.
4. Visible Light and Thermal Imager Dual Sensors Object Tracking
Build-in normalization, cross-correlation and tracking algorithm, combining with object missing recapture algorithm, achieve stable track of the target. Support custom characters of user OSD, adaptive gate, cross cursor, trace information display. The tracking speed is up to 32pixel/frame,object size range is from 16*16 pixel to 160*160 pixel, with the minimal signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) 4dB, the mean square root values of pulse noise in the object position < 0.5 pixel, which greatly improve the accuracy and tracking effect.
Multi Output Methods Optional
Q20KTIR Pro supports both HDMI output and Ethernet/IP output. HDMI and output are 1080p, Ethernet output defualt as 1080p and record is 4K. IP output versions will support 360 degree enless pan.
Multi Control Methods
Defualt PWM and Serial port TTL control, SBUS is optional. IP output version also support TCP control via ethernet cable. With Viewpro software Viewlink you can fulfill IP output, TTL control and TCP control.
