MMS070DB Two-Axis Dual Visible Light Pod

I. Product Introduction

The electro-optical pod uses a visible light camera to detect, identify, and track ground targets, and simultaneously outputs visible light video in real time for mission personnel to view.

This miniature pod has been adapted to several mainstream flight control platforms in China, enabling seamless integration with flight control systems; it can also be connected to our ViewControlStudio display and control software platform to assist the overall unit in quickly completing the development of the UAV system.

This optoelectronic pod is mainly used in scenarios such as reconnaissance, guidance, border patrol, personnel search and rescue, and forest fire prevention.

II. Product Functions

a) It has self-testing and fault reporting functions;

b) It has visible light band detection capability and can output visible light images;

c) Features 7x optical hybrid zoom;

d) Possesses the ability to move freely along two axes: azimuth and pitch;

e) It has the function of receiving commands from the control station and completing pod operations;

f) It has functions such as manual search, scanning, centering, automatic tracking, and data indexing;

g) Possesses the ability to isolate carrier disturbances and stabilize the line of sight;

h) Possesses typical target (person, vehicle) recognition capabilities;

j) It has a manual target locking/unlocking function;

k) It has an automatic target tracking function, can automatically track targets, and has the ability to resist natural interference;

l) It has a memory tracking function, which allows the target to be recaptured in a short time after being briefly lost;

m) It has the function of adjusting the gate size;

n) It has the function of switching tracking points;

o) It can communicate bidirectionally with the ground station via RS422/100Mbps network and output information such as visible light images, system working status, camera working status, optical axis position, and line-of-sight angular velocity;

p) It has photo and video recording functions;

q) It has a manual drift correction function;
