Advantage Design
The DPD-5 is a five-stage UAV release mechanism equipped with five independent hooks, built on DJI’s OSDK architecture. Its main frame integrates aviation-grade aluminum with carbon fiber, offering a lightweight structure while supporting a maximum payload of 5 kg. The device features a quick release mounting system for easy attachment and removal. Powered by OSDK and a dedicated app, it overcomes traditional control distance limitations and does not occupy the gimbal interface, allowing simultaneous operation with cameras. This makes the DPD-5 compatible with a wide range of drone platforms.
OSDK+APP control
The OSDK link mode ensures stable and reliable module performance. The professional-grade app is embedded directly into the drone’s remote controller, removing previous distance constraints and enabling single-operator control.
Convenient Physical Buttons
After the drone connection is established, you can use the physical buttons located on the front of the module to operate the dispenser claw’s opening and closing, allowing for fast completion of quick loading tasks.
Optimal Design
Mounted centrally beneath the fuselage, the optimal center-of-gravity position minimally affects the UAV’s flight dynamics, significantly enhancing flight stability and safety. A sliding slot mechanism combined with a spring-loaded latch allows for rapid installation—simply push the latch to secure the dispenser in place, offering dual protection for reliable operation. Removal is equally straightforward: press the spring lock button and gently slide the dispenser out for quick and easy detachment.
Disassembly-free Quick-release Rack Design
After precise measurement and tailored design, the mount integrates seamlessly with the M300RTK shell. The quick-release rack allows the drone to be placed directly into the flight case together with the drone, with no need for disassembly.
Designed with a high-precision universal interface, the quick-release rack is fully compatible with other modules from our company on the same platform. Manufactured from aviation aluminum using CNC machining, followed by sandblasting and anodizing, it delivers high accuracy, excellent strength, and outstanding resistance to both corrosion and wear.
